Welcome to the Telco Solutions Team!
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, Telco has upgraded our support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address and Customer ID are required to submit a ticket.
Support for Move-Add-Changes (MAC), ad-hoc reports and programming are billable requests. Telco Support bills in 20-minute increments. Break-fix requests are billable if the root-cause is not part Telco's service or infrastructure. On-site visits are chargeable regardless of whether or not Telco resolves the issue unless the issue is determined to be Telco's service or infrastructure.
